him coming but I prefer Duggan. He has much more experience at a higher level. I think it should go to him. His defenses are not performing at the "Nasty Bunch" level of old, but given the rules changes, the modern offenses, and the fact NO one performs at those levels anymore he has done a yeoman's job as DC.
But, my central point is that we need staff stability and player-recruit stability for program stability and Dave offers us this. 7 years at USM coaching at a high level means something to me.He has the respect of the other staff members, the players, and the USM community. He is ready to be a head coach and I hope he gets the job.
