If you guys can get beyond the hate of the AAC, this win helps all G5 teams. It shows that a G5 can overcome the disadvantages that we all have. Every G5 coach can say look what (Houston this year) did, we can do the same thing. All of your SEC and other P5 bandwagon fans can't say we don't have a chance. That's why I said in another thread I pull for a G5 team every time to beat a P5 team! Believe me, the more this happens the better for us and everyone that is not part of the cartel!
Also a question for anyone that is privy to actual information (not speculation):
Where are y'all getting the information that AAC schools have joined together and refused to play Southern Miss? I know we would like a home and home with Tulane. There are a lot of variables involved in scheduling even if both parties are willing.
