Looks promising. Believe it will happen but selling university owned property requires jumping thru many hoops. Prez Bennett and his staff have done a good job of working thru issues.
No, I do not know if it will be full service. Those are a dying breed in small markets. Many large developers looked at this and declined to participate. Small property for what the RFP required.
