I wouldnt mind my old room in McCarthy hall. It had just opened and light years better than Bond Hall. Bond Hall always had the broken beer bottles at the bottom steps next to the vomit. If that wasnt enough, the fire alarms in the of the night would drive you insane. I had an 8 o'clock Calculus class back when getting up that early was harder than getting up at 5 o'clock today.

Its called innovation and capatalism. Instead depending on tax dollars from Jeff City, the university can make money on its own. The hotel industry will then have to be more competitive.
