Will require Photoshopping his face over the face in a famous photo.
Not looking for free but since I'm doing this at my cost for the benefit of USM, inexpensive would be nice.
Can anyone recommend someone to help me?
Will need to be able to have the image blown up to a decent size. I understand that the image may have to be purchased. Not my area of expertise (if I still have one).
