Yes. They beat Cincinnati 24-19 in 2002.

That's right...I think UNT was Sun Belt Champs and defeated CUSA member Cincy. The funny thing is that 2001 UNT qualified at 5-6 that year. I think all 5 victories were SunBelt games. Speaking of SunBelt, I hope NMSU wins big in their bowl game in a big way because they were kicked out this year.
