I have no idea if Bounds is presidential material or not, but when he was State Supt. of Education he added many new jobs in his office, adding great expense but with little or no benefit to the average school kid in Mississippi. This according to the Clarion Ledger. FWIW, he is a bureaucrat and a climber, but is he an effective and transformational leader???
