I know i spent too much time being pissed about the number of our alum that i have watched pat their spoiled kids on the head and think its wonderful when they go off to oxford or starkville.
Every friday night the Mrs and I go to Del sol, a mexecann joint, the food is good and the drinks are 2 for 1 and taste like they do when you go south of the border.
Tonight a young man was coming out as we approached the door. I held it open for the mrs. Not paying that much attention the young man walked all the way around me and touched me to get my attention. When i looked over, he was about 10 or 11 at the most and very polite. He was wearing a new logo t shirt. He said, Mr are you ready to see our Eagles whip those Bulldogs??
All i could do was give him five, then walk in and tell his parents they were raising their boy right. Yes they both had black and gold on.
Im ready for the weekend.
