I know what you mean. The way Nebraska's d-line just blew through our o-line to sack Mullens was not encouraging. Reminded me of our O-line from a couple of years ago. I hope Southern Miss can turn it around- but it isn't looking too good. A few good moments on offense, but not to amount to anything.

On that last sack of Mullens, the defensive end came in totally untouched.

Can't tackle. Can't block. No push from the o line. Can't kick. Poor conditioning defines the injuries we have in the first half.
This is not a talented Nebraska team.
At some point Nebraska will turn the field goals into touchdowns.
This game does not show 2 years of progress. It shows that Monken will need 3-4 more years to compete with a below avg B1G conference opponent.
I'd rather him just move on if this is what we can expect in year 3.

You mean the C-USA portion of the schedule? It is absolutely the worst thing about Southern Miss football these days, and a big part of the reason our program is in such poor shape today.
