I know the size/state of Georgia State’s baseball stadium was a topic of discussion when we played them earlier this year. They got approval from the USG Board of Regents this week to move forward with construction of a new $16 million stadium that will be next to their football stadium and basketball arena (it’ll be on the old Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium site which is currently just a parking lot). It’ll double the capacity of their current facility — which isn’t saying much since the current facility only has a capacity of 500 people. On a plus side, it’ll be downtown and close to their campus 🤷🏻♂️
