Danny Palmer hired as Southern-Shreveport head football coach
Danny Palmer, the longtime Tyler Junior College football coach, is scheduled to become the new head coach of Southern University-Shreveport, Tim Owens, of NBC6News in Shreveport, Louisiana, reported Thursday.
