The Hilltoppers went 5-0 against them, with an average winning margin of 25 points. Western Kentucky has had an excellent season, losing only to Power 5 bowl teams Indiana and LSU (and nearly knocking off the Hoosiers). Southern Miss might be the most improved program in the nation, rocketing from 3-9 to 9-3 and trampling their last six opponents by at least three touchdowns every game.
