Well, here we are. The COVID-19 virus has pretty much done the unthinkable. It has stopped the sports world as we know it. Not for a few weeks, but for the next 2 to 3 months. Will universities take a month, then come back and decide if it is alright for teams to start practicing? With all the questions out there, there is only one thing for Big Gold Nation to do. We will keep looking at Southern Miss sports. We will continue to break down the football team and take a look at who and where they will see playing time in 2020. While recruiting has stopped, we will also take a look at what Southern Miss needs and who is available for Southern Miss to recruit. Today, we will continue our look at the 2020 Golden Eagle defense headed into spring practice and what newcomers might make a difference this upcoming season.
