Line has moved to 23. Vegas has us winning 41-17. Gonna be raining which will hinder our passing game. I see us winning, but not covering, which would only be the second time this year(Marshall). USM 31-16.

That is a lot of points and it's climbed to 23 in places. My only concern would be Monken isn't going to run up the score once the game's been decided so there's always the chance of a couple of late scores that allow UTEP to cover.
