Did losing Memphis cost CUSA its game on CBS?

I remember how cool it was to have our game on network TV a couple of years ago on CBS ...I also noticed a game between Tech and Rice was on the tHIS network preempting a scheduled movie here in Houston... did CBS not offer another deal?
