– Texas State defeated upstart James Madison 11-5 in Harrisonburg. Third baseman Aaron Lugodoubled, homered, and drove in three to lead the offense. The bullpen quartet of Peyton Zabel, Otto Wofford, Jonathan Martinez, and Tony Robieshutout the Dukes over the final 5.1 innings.

– South Alabama scored 12 runs despite striking out 18 times in a back-and-forth 12-8 win at Troy. Carson Swilling (6 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 3 BB, 8 K) controlled the game while left fielder Joseph Sullivan and DH Jacob Haley led the offense. Sullivan and Haley both homered and they combined to drive in five runs.

– Louisiana moved to 3-1 in the conference with a 3-0 shutout of Old Dominion. Reliever LP Langevinthrew 4.1 no-hit innings, striking out 10 of the 16 hitters he faced
