D Line looking good...

D line coach Justin Roberts said today after practice that our defensive line "could be a dominant force in this conference." Hope it happens. We certainly will have more depth than we have had in many years. May take a little time with all the new faces. SMTTT

Monken said after practice that D Line and linebacker were the two areas we were the deepest. We have 16 D linemen and 12 Linebackers on scholarship. A dramatic improvement over the past two seasons.

It is remarkable, in that just a few days ago DLine looked like the weakest link on our team, and Linebacker, and safety were critical needs on signing day...now we have monsters all along the line and at linebacker, and with Ruff, we have some speed...enough that the coaches moved Antonie back to safety, and Swain might start at LB, this has been a heckuva Summer, to say the least.
