Why is it when a coach has one good season the AD rushed to extend and give a raise. Especially when that coach has never had a winning season before. Why doesn't the AD just say one year ext and let us see if you can do it two years in a row, and then we will look into extension. Our AD JM must and should be held accountable for extending and giving JLadner a raise and extension. We are a horrible team this year and JM should be fired for giving him another chance. Les Miles won the National championship and was fired two years later and Ladner hasn't come close to winning a NC and never will. Quit wanting to hire one of our own and just hire the best man we can get for the money we have to give him.
