It appears that it is a fait accompli that we are going to Dallas. I am reading that the only other option is a bowl trade deal that would land us in the independence bowl, and those 2 are the only options.I think I read where midday tomorrow we'll know. Right now, it looks like Dallas.

The payouts don't really matter. The conference pools the money and distributes it evenly to all members. We could get less if we have to pay for unused tickets from our allotment.

I was hoping for Dallas regardless of win or loss conference champ game. Better quality opponent. But would be happy with Indy. I think it will have a quality opponent also.
