The Golden Eagles (6-3) advanced through the Auburn Regional beating Penn in the championship game to advance on to the Supers. USM hosted Tennessee in the Hattiesburg Super Regional before falling to the visiting Volunteers over the three-game series played at Pete Taylor Park."
