Are the USM football coaches recruiting?

Has covid stopped all recruiting for football? It doesn't seem that Covid has effected basketball recruiting. We have zero football commitments for 2021and I haven't even heard about any recruiting. If FB coaches are recruiting, who are they going after? If any of you guys know anything about recruiting or have heard anything about recruiting please let us know.
