I have been thinking who we can turn to for our next head coach. We need someone that is innovative like Fed but has strong ties to our program like Bower. It hit me. Austin Davis is the absolute perfect fit for what we need as head coach. He bleeds black and gold. He had a successful nfl career. Now he’s been under Pete Carroll’s Philosophy as qb coach for a couple of years. The results have been outstanding. Russel Wilson is having he’s best season ever. He’s young and hungry to prove he can be a head coach. Let’s start the AD for HC campaign.

I doubt Austin Davis would want that plus you have a history in college coaching and building relationships to form a staff. Honestly he’s better off in the NFL under Pete Carrol than dealing with this sinking ship at Southern Miss.

This ones pretty simple. If he is interested, he will make contact and likely get an interview. If he is not interested, he wont.
