Unemployment rose today .1% under Bush this would've been groundbreaking news with endless hours of discussion. But, lets see whats on the headlines of major news sources.

MSBC- Obama comprises with hard liner religous organizations on exemptions for birth control
CNN- Dow hits 14,000 for the first time since 2008 showing strong economy
ABC- Job growth tops 150,000 showing a strengthening economy
NBC- Shooting of promising young teen that appeared at Obama's inauguration sparks more gun law discussion
NYT- Cuts in government prompt rise in unemployment

Libs. buried this story faster than the buried Benghazi.

Lets see how fox news puts it

Fox news- Economy shows mixed signs as unemployment and unemployment applications edge up but, stocks and inventory also strengthen showing signs of growth.

My, My and the liberals call fox news, faux news and biased. They have their heads so far in liberal weed, they can't even figure out that this is the slowest growth for an economic recovery every.

As for the New York times if we spend 40% more than we take in, governments as large as it ever was and unemployment rises because of cuts in government you would think there was something wrong with Obama's policies. But, they don't even entertain the notion, they instead blame republicans on the fiscal cliff. (Ya that fiscal cliff that republicans gave everything Obama wanted on).

The mainstream news will back Obama no matter what happens. And this proves it.

ummmmmm....your argument is funny. January is historically known as a month of increased joblessness as the corporations all lay off their temp christmas employees. if this truly was a liberal conspiracy, then the news agencies would be hailing this .1% jobless increase as a major victory.

This is but one example out of literally dozens that occur every day. Even my liberal buddies admit that the media is 100% in the tank for Obama.

Wrong. Unemployment numbers are adjusted to remove any such seasonality from the numbers. Such as before Christmas the alter the numbers down to avoid the seasonal bump from Christmas hiring. During January they alter the numbers up to avoid the seasonal firings.
