Well I am not sure how much wealth can be attributed to a view. Chain link fences don't normally add value to your home. Homes on a golf course normally get a bump but it is relitive to the comps for a similar house. The delta should not be a lot of wealth. It is CA. Take the trees down, better not complain about the golf balls hitting your house.
