HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Southern Miss will resume its opening game of the 2015 Conference USA Baseball Championship against UAB at 12:30 p.m., Thursday, at Pete Taylor Park.
The game was suspended due to lightning and rain at 1:35 a.m., with UAB leading the Golden Eagles 3-0.
Following the completion of the Southern Miss-UAB contest, the loser will play an elimination contest against Old Dominion 45 minutes later.
The winner will face Florida Atlantic at approximately 7:30 p.m. UTSA and FIU are slated to play at 4 p.m.
